This is Karen, one of the sellers on the Foothill Ranch property.  I also have to agree, this was a very smooth deal from beginning to end.  Everybody was reasonable to work with and did their jobs in a timely fashion.  Of course I was completely impressed with the professionalism and dedication of all agents involved.  I have to tell you I especially liked reading your offer letter.  It set a good tone for the rest of the offer.  You certainly have a way with words.  Lastly I&#039;d like to wish many happy memories to the new owners.  They were awesome buyers!!]]></description>
