Home Value Websites – do they work?

Most home value websites we find are interesting…but far from trustworthy when it comes to actually pricing your home.

I was interested to know if anyone out there has looked up the price at zillow.com or another online value website, and found it to be the same as what your Realtor suggested?

I was reading this article the other day in the OC register and it seems that other people are thinking the same way:

Let me know the sites you do like out there for instant home values and we will link to them – right now AskAngie.com is framing zillow, but I would be happy to use what the majority prefers.

REMEMBER an experienced REALTOR is always the best bet to help you with an actual home or condo value though!
