Balboa Island Artwalk 2015 is around the corner!

Come join in on the fun on Sunday, May 17th, to The Balboa Island Artwalk. This event is presented by Mary Hardesty Realty and sponsored by the Balboa Island Improvement Association. Celebrating its 21st Anniversary, the Artwalk will take place from 9am to 5pm along the South Bayfront Promenade of Balboa Island. Best part, it’s FREE!

There is plenty to do – stroll along Newport Harbor and take a look at all the very talented artists. The art show features 90 artists exhibiting paintings, fine jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography. The artists are on hand to answer questions and talk about their techniques.

You will enjoy live music throughout the day on five stages along the walk. Musicians include the Retros, Don Ross Duo, Garry Gould, Rick Sherman and Alan Remington, Jim Roberts, and Grant Peacock.

If you get a little hungry along the way, don’t worry, local restaurants will be open to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The OC Cruiser will be providing free shuttle service. Don’t forget to get a souvenir, Limited-edition Artwalk posters and t-shirts will be available for purchase at Diamond & South Bayfront!
